The recruitment website MBA-Exchange.com and the employer branding company Universum have announced a partnership to create an enhanced online service for employers. It will evaluate and help them develop the most effective branding proposition to attract the top MBA and alumni recruits.

The new partnership focuses on two items:
1. MBA Section on career website WetFeet.com
Universum is the owner of the careers website WetFeet.com, which helps thousands of individuals worldwide develop their careers by providing them with the most relevant and independent careers information and resources.
Universum and MBA-Exchange.com have now joined together to create a special MBA Careers section on WetFeet.com.
The new section includes a powerful search engine that will enable MBA candidates to find and immediately apply for quality MBA jobs on the MBA-Exchange.com database.
Besides the job search function, candidates can look for MBA-Exchange.com events in their region. It offers a true customized and relevant experience for the MBA users on WetFeet.com.
2. A New MBA survey 2011
Universum partners with 1,500 universities and business schools worldwide to conduct research on the career and employer preferences of individual MBAs and alumni; it surveys approximately 400,000 students and professionals worldwide every year, including approximately 10,000 MBA candidates.
This year Universum and MBA-Exchange.com have partnered up to bring the MBA edition of this research to the next level. Universum´s 20-plus years of research in this area combined with MBA-Exchange.com’s network will produce a uniquely in-depth study of career expectations and views of global MBA candidates.
The Universum and MBA-Exchange.com MBA survey will be conducted from January 3rd to March 30th 2011 and the results will be presented online in the summer of 2011. This study will provide in-depth information on the career goals, the most popular employers according to respondents and their preferred industries.
