7 questions for 2011

We wish you happy holidays and a 2011 full of good health, happiness and success, both personally and professionally.
The year-end is always a very busy time, but it is also a time to reflect and to plan ahead. With respect to your top talent, we invite to ponder these 7 questions:

  • What are you particularly proud of, that you accomplished this year?
  • What was your biggest learning lesson this year?
  • Where could you have saved more time and resources?
  • What would you like to do more or less of in 2011?
  • What specific candidate profiles would you want to focus on in 2011?
  • How could you be more efficient and effective?
  • And finally, what will you try to do differently in 2011?
Thank you for being part of MBA-Exchange.com. We look forward to continue working with you in the New Year.

Enjoy the holidays!

I would also add an eighth question:

What changes will you make to your programs to adapt them to the current economic climate? How can you increase your candidates current employability?
